The Admissions Staff at White Oaks has worked to streamline the process of admission to make transition to the facility as easy with possible.
The family and resident’s goal, needs and expectations are identified from the start.
White Oaks has 72 private rooms and 64 two resident semi-private rooms, each with a private bathroom, to accommodate the care required.
Our short-stay unit is newly renovated. The design and layout of the rehab center has been tailored to the needs of the patient population and our dedicated 50 bed short-stay unit includes 18 private rooms. The short stay unit includes flat screen televisions, free telephone service and wireless internet.
Admissions are accepted Monday through Saturday and Sundays when necessary.
Tours are available at the convenience of family members 7 days a week.
